Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

We offer reliable shipping options to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment. (Availability and cost may vary.)

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your selected shipping method.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange of the item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or altered may not be accepted for return.
  • Certain items, such as final sale items, special orders, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our store by phone 703-777-4450 or email batterywarehouse@verizon.net within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package your item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not give refunds for shipping charges on items that were shipped or returned back to us. You will be refunded the dollar amount for the item you paid, minus the shipping fee incurred.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the quickest delivery of your new item.
  • Alternatively, you can indicate that you'd like an exchange when contacting customer service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
